I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your mind is constantly busy, yet your body doesn’t seem to follow. You may know what you should be thinking…
…but your body is still holding onto stress, anxiety, or emotional weight that doesn’t easily go away. I’ve seen how deeply this can affect your sense of calm, clarity and overall wellbeing — and how frustrating it can be when nothing seems to fully shift. That’s why my work focuses not just on the mind, but on the body where many of these patterns are stored.
My own journey into this work began from enduring multiple traumas in my life and I was drawn with deep curiosity about the connection between the mind, body and emotions. I was drawn to understanding why we can intellectually “know better”… yet still feel stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety or emotional overwhelm. Through my own experiences and continued learning, I discovered that lasting change happens when we work with both the mind and the body — not one without the other.
This led me to train in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Neurolinguistic Kinesiology — approaches that gently support the release of deeply held emotional patterns. Wendy Bennett, one of Australia’s foremost Kinesiology practitioners and teachers, came out of retirement especially to teach me. It was a life changing and enriching journey of discovery.

Eileen Camelia integrates Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping with Neurolinguistic Kinesiology to support clients in addressing the underlying patterns contributing to stress, anxiety, depression, grief and trauma.
This integrative, mind–body approach works by:
- Calming the nervous system
- Supporting emotional regulation
- Releasing stored stress responses
- Encouraging healthier thought and behavioural patterns
EFT Tapping + Kinesiology is supported by a growing body of research and is increasingly recognised as an effective, non-invasive approach to improving mental and emotional wellbeing.
Sessions are tailored to each individual and can be delivered both in-person and online.
