Triangle of Health

What is a Neurolinguistic Kinesiology balancing?

The Triangle of Health describes the interaction between all three aspects of mental, emotional and physical function and how they need to be in a state of balance for a person to experience wellbeing.

Kinesiology balancing dynamically addresses imbalances experienced in any area of the triangle. Kinesiology combines Western and Eastern healing principles to promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

It applies the art and science of muscle testing as a biofeedback mechanism into the mind-body system. Through balancing, it re-establishes the body’s innate healing capability, which is always seeking balance as its natural condition.

A key principle in kinesiology is that to move successfully ahead with your life, you must first clear the past stressors and traumas in your life. We can all remember a time when we faced challenges in our lives.

Clearing the negative energy of past emotional and physical stressors/traumas has a direct effect on the present. The techniques used in a kinesiology session are designed to assist you to gently release the affect of past stressors/memories.

Neurolinguistic Kinesiology uses a variety of energy based balancing techniques such as emotional freedom technique (EFT), meridian acupressure, chakra and aura clearing, neuro-lymphatic and neurovascular energy points, stress-release techniques, neurological repatterning, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), guided imagery/visualisation and colour therapy.

Results can be profound and life changing.

Neurolinguistic Kinesiology balancing enables you to respond objectively to your past, acceptingly of your present and openly to your future.

Our ability to respond is limitless, balancing enables our Response Ability to be limitless.
